Terms and Conditions for the TikTok Contest
“VIP Tickets to Sound Beach Festival”
1. Organizer and Platform Information
The organizer of the contest is ZF BKK KdöR, Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 10, 88046 Friedrichshafen (“Organizer”).
The contest is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. It is neither sponsored nor supported, organized, or administered by TikTok or ByteDance. The Organizer is the sole contact and party responsible for the contest.
2. Entry Period
The contest begins on June 12, 2026, and ends on June 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Germany.
Excluded from participation are employees of ZF BKK, employees of the companies involved in the organization of the contest, and their relatives, insofar as their participation could result in a conflict of interest.
Also ineligible to participate are individuals who use unauthorized aids, utilize automated entry methods, participate via sweepstakes services, or manipulate or attempt to manipulate the sweepstakes.
4. Participation in the Contest
Participation is free of charge.
Participation is exclusively via the corresponding post on the ZF BKK TikTok profile @zf_bkk. (https://www.tiktok.com/@zfbkk)
To participate, the participant must follow the ZF BKK TikTok profile @zfbkk during the participation period, “like” the corresponding post, and write a comment under the post.
By participating, participants accept these terms and conditions.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information will result in disqualification from the contest.
5. Requirements for Comments
Comments must respect the rights of third parties and, in particular, must not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, personal rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
In particular, comments containing illegal, offensive, discriminatory, racist, harmful to minors, pornographic, violence-glorifying, political, or religiously promotional content are prohibited, as are comments that contain advertising, spam, private contact information, or other content that clearly contradicts the purpose of the contest.
The organizer is entitled to exclude comments that violate these requirements from participation and, to the extent possible, to have them deleted or hidden.
6. Prize
The prize is 1 x 2 VIP tickets for Latin Beach on July 11, 2026, as part of the Sound Beach Festival: https://sound-beach.de/
Cash redemption, payment of any difference, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded. The organizer does not cover travel, accommodation, meals, or other incidental expenses.
The prize is not financed by ZF BKK membership fees.
7. Determination and Notification of the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the entry period has ended. The drawing will take place behind closed doors.
The winner will be notified via the reply function in the comments section under the relevant post and must respond within 48 hours of the prize notification being sent, providing the contact information required to process the prize.
If no response is received within this period or if the entry requirements are not met, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, the organizer is entitled to draw a replacement winner.
8. Announcement of the Winner
The organizer may publish the winner’s TikTok username in connection with the contest on the ZF BKK TikTok profile. Any further promotional use of names, images, or other personal data will only occur with separate consent.
9. Modification or Termination of the Contest
The organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the contest early if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for legal, technical, or factual reasons, particularly in cases of manipulation, technical malfunctions, system failures, viruses, or force majeure.
Participants have no claims arising from modification, suspension, termination, or exclusion, unless the organizer acts with intent or gross negligence.
Furthermore, the organizer makes no guarantees regarding the holding of the aforementioned festival, changes to the content, or other changes made by the SOUNDBEACH FESTIVAL organizer.
10. Liability
ZF BKK is not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online systems used, nor for technical or electronic errors in a telemedia service over which it has no control.
11. Data Protection
ZF BKK, KdöR, Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 10, 88046 Friedrichshafen, is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with the contest.
The following data will be processed: the TikTok username, the comment or the act of participation, and, in the event of a win, the contact information required to process the prize, in particular name, date of birth, address, and, if applicable, additional information required for ticket provision.
The data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest, determining and notifying the winner, verifying eligibility to participate, and processing the prize. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. To the extent that the TikTok username is published, this is based on the legitimate interest in the transparent conduct of the contest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Any further promotional use is permitted only on the basis of separate consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
All collected data will generally be deleted 6 months after the festival, provided that no statutory retention periods preclude this.
For the purpose of prize fulfillment, the necessary contact information may be transmitted to the organizer of the Sound Beach Festival or the responsible ticket service provider, to the extent necessary for the provision of the tickets.
In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Additionally, there is a right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

12. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
