How it works

Request activation code
Download the ZF BKK Service App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Start the registration process and enter your details. We will send you your personal activation code by post - securely and reliably.

Enter the activation code
After receiving the activation code, log in to the service app and enter your personal activation code.
Important: Agree to use the online mailbox - and you're ready to go.

New login procedure

BKK ZF & Partner is becoming ZF BKK, with a new name, new logo and updated access to digital services. We are changing our login procedure so that you can continue to access your health data securely and conveniently. Depending on whether you already use our service app and/or the ePA app (electronic patient file), there are three simple ways to log in in future.
