Here's how it works
Request an Activation Code
Download the ZF BKK Service App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Start the registration process and enter your information. We’ll send your personal activation code to you by mail—securely and reliably.

Step 4: Verify your identity using your health card
For security reasons, please verify your identity using your health insurance card.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Tap “Health Card.”
- Tap “Next.”
- Tap “Continue with PIN.”
- Enter your personal PIN. You received this by mail.
- Enter your 6-digit access number.
Note: You’ll find the access number at the top center of your health card. - Tap “Next.”
Note: Remove your phone case to make scanning easier. - Start the scanning process. Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Tap “Log In.”
- Verify your identity (with your ID card)
Alternative Method for Verifying Your Identity Using Your ID Card
You can also verify your identity with your ID card.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Tap “ID Card and PIN.”
- Tap “Next.”
- Tap “Next” again.
- Download the Nect Wallet app.
- Tap “Let’s get started.”
- Follow the instructions in the Nect Wallet app.
- Enter your ID card PIN.
- Tap “Start process with eID.”
- Once complete, return to the app.
- Tap “Done.”
