With the ZF BKK Service App and the online service portal, you can handle your requests quickly and digitally—less paper, more time for what matters most.

Here's how it works

Request an Activation Code
Download the ZF BKK Service App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Start the registration process and enter your information. We’ll send your personal activation code to you by mail—securely and reliably.

Enter the activation code
Once you receive the activation code, log in to the Service App and enter your personal activation code.
Important: Agree to the terms of use for the online mailbox—and you’re all set to go.

Forgot your password? Here's what to do:

Step 1: Reset Password

Please fill out the following fields so that we can verify your identity:

  • Insurance ID number
  • Health insurance card number (last 6 digits). You can find this number on the back of your health insurance card in field 8 at the bottom left.
  • ZIP code

Step 2: Enter the verification code and set a new password

You will receive an email with a confirmation code. Enter the code in the app. You can then set a new password. The password requirements will be displayed in the app.

Step 3: Define the app code

Once the change has been successfully made, you can log in with your new password. Then set an app code to protect access to your app.

Step 4: Verify your identity using your health card

For security reasons, please verify your identity using your health insurance card.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Tap “Health Card.”
  2. Tap “Next.”
  3. Tap “Continue with PIN.”
  4. Enter your personal PIN. You received this by mail.
  5. Enter your 6-digit access number.
    Note: You’ll find the access number at the top center of your health card.
  6. Tap “Next.”
    Note: Remove your phone case to make scanning easier.
  7. Start the scanning process. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  8. Tap “Log In.”
  9. Verify your identity (with your ID card)

Alternative Method for Verifying Your Identity Using Your ID Card

You can also verify your identity with your ID card.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Tap “ID Card and PIN.”
  2. Tap “Next.”
  3. Tap “Next” again.
  4. Download the Nect Wallet app.
  5. Tap “Let’s get started.”
  6. Follow the instructions in the Nect Wallet app.
  7. Enter your ID card PIN.
  8. Tap “Start process with eID.”
  9. Once complete, return to the app.
  10. Tap “Done.”
