Simply log in, activate and start your digital health journey.

As of 01.01.2024, all ZF BKK policyholders will receive a digital identity in the form of a health ID. This will make access to the ePA and e-prescription easier and more secure.
This means for you:
- Access to your ePA with your personal app code
- Freedom of choice when logging in:
- by app code
- with your electronic health card (eGK) and PIN
- via the online ID function of your ID card - Convenient login via fingerprint or facial recognition is no longer necessary
- Identity confirmation must be renewed every 6 months at the latest
Note: The ePA app automatically reminds you to confirm your identity in good time - simple and secure.

If you have lost your smartphone or your device has been changed, you can easily block your convenient access to the electronic patient file (ePA) yourself.
This is how it works:
Use the ePA self-service and conveniently deactivate access to your ePA online - quickly, securely and without any detours.
Your access can be reactivated at any time - as soon as you have set up a new device or carried out the identity check again
