For more information, see the documents on the electronic patient record.
As of January 1, 2024, all ZF BKK policyholders will receive a digital identity in the form of the GesundheitsID. This will make access to the ePA and e-prescriptions easier and more secure.
For you, this means:
- Access to your ePA using your personal app code
- Choice of login method:
– via app code
– with your electronic health card (eGK) and PIN
– via the online ID function on your ID card - Convenient login via fingerprint or facial recognition is no longer available
- Identity verification must be renewed at least every 6 months
Note: The ePA app automatically reminds you to confirm your identity on time—it’s simple and secure.
