A one-off registration is required to take advantage of all the benefits of the online office. Access is secure, uncomplicated and also possible for co-insured family members:

  • Up to the age of 17, relatives use the member's access.
  • From the age of 18, separate access is required

Request activation code

Download the ZF BKK Service App from the App Store or Google Play Store. The app is required for initial registration and protects your data with secure two-factor authentication. Start the registration process and enter your data. We will send you your personal activation code by post - securely and reliably.

Enter the activation code

After receiving the activation code, log in to the service app and enter your personal activation code.
Important: Agree to use the online mailbox - and you're ready to go.
