Your path to reimbursement

Obtain a doctor's prescription
Your doctor will issue you with a prescription for the alternative medicine. Prescriptions from alternative practitioners cannot be accepted.

Buying medicines
You initially pay for the medicine yourself at the pharmacy. The medication must be pharmacy-only, but not prescription-only.

Apply for reimbursement
Submit the specified pharmacy invoice together with the doctor's prescription to us. You can also use the online office or the ZF BKK Service App.
