Connect & Grow: Making a bigger difference together

Starting May 12, 2026, ZF BKK will launch “Connect & Grow,” a new series of events for companies, employees, and partners in and around the Competence Park Friedrichshafen.

Under the motto “Achieving more together,” a platform for health, exercise, and exchange will be created over the course of an entire year. The focus is on practical activities that enrich everyday work life, provide new inspiration, and bring people together.

Whether it’s a lunch break workout, running coaching, lectures, morning workouts, or relaxed after-work sessions—“Connect & Grow” offers a wide range of opportunities to get active, try new things, and work together to improve your health.

The event series thrives on the participation of local people: companies are invited to contribute their own ideas, topics, and needs and to actively help shape the formats. This creates a diverse program that is tailored to employees’ interests and is continuously evolving.
