Digital Support for Lipedema: With LipoAlly, we’ll support you for twelve months with information, practical exercises, and helpful resources for your daily life.
Since September 1, 2026, ZF BKK members diagnosed with lipedema have been able to use the LipoAlly digital coaching program. The twelve-month program helps you take charge of managing your daily life with lipedema—flexibly, digitally, and at no additional cost.
Lipedema is a chronic fat distribution disorder that can be associated with pain and limitations in daily life. With LipoAlly, we aim to accompany those affected on their personal journey and make practical support easily accessible to them.
Support that fits into your daily life
The LipoAlly app offers, among other things
- Symptom and treatment tracking
- Online training sessions
- interactive exercises, as well as
- information about lipedema.
The offering is complemented by
- masterclasses on exercise, mental health, and mindfulness, as well as
- live courses, such as those on nutrition.
