New issue of the employer e-magazine BKK Service has been published

The new issue 2.2026 of the employer e-magazine BKK Service is now available.

The focus is on the planned changes resulting from the GKV Contribution Rate Stabilization Act, which was passed by the Federal Cabinet at the end of April. These changes are based on the recommendations of the Health Finance Commission (FKG) with the goal of stabilizing health insurance contributions starting in 2027. Among other things, the plan calls for 

• a higher contribution assessment ceiling for health insurance
• adjustments to the annual income threshold
• higher employer contributions for mini-jobs
• the introduction of a certificate of partial incapacity for work, as well as 
• changes to family insurance.

We also provide information on the new clearance certificate effective July 1, 2026, and other current developments in the areas of labor law, tax law, workplace health management, and HR practices.
