Through the app, you can speak via video with doctors licensed to practice in Germany. You’ll receive assistance with common symptoms such as fever, cough, or a sore throat. Prescriptions or a sick note can also be issued digitally right away, at the doctor’s discretion. There are no additional costs for you.

Hay fever, itchy eyes, or skin rashes? Discuss your symptoms directly via video. The doctors will work with you during the consultation to determine the appropriate treatment.
Digital Sick Note
If you need time off due to your symptoms, a sick note can be issued digitally at the doctor’s discretion.
Prescriptions and Refills
Prescriptions can also be issued digitally at the doctor’s discretion. You then decide for yourself: fill the prescription at a mail-order pharmacy or pick up your medication at a local pharmacy.
