When do we cover the costs?
- Treatment must be started before the 18th birthday
- There must be a medical necessity (certain indication groups)
- Before starting, the orthodontist draws up a treatment plan, which we approve in advance
Good to know
- We cover 80% of the costs directly with the orthodontist
- You initially pay the remaining 20% yourself - per quarterly statement
- Once treatment has been successfully completed, we will reimburse the remaining 20%
Two children undergoing treatment? We increase the subsidy
If you have two children undergoing orthodontic treatment at the same time, we will cover 90% of the costs for the second child from the outset. You will also be reimbursed the remaining 10% after the treatment has been completed.
