Who can participate and use Oska-Plus?


The offer is aimed at all insured persons of legal age with one of the following diagnoses:

  • Chronic kidney disease (N18.x / N19) alone or in combination with other comorbid conditions (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure), provided there is no dialysis requirement or pregnancy
  • Condition after kidney transplantation (Z94.0)

How to take part

Arrange your personal consultation

Simply book your individual consultation via the following link: www.oska-health.com/krankenkasse/bkk-zf. An Oska nursing specialist will contact you promptly and clarify with you whether you meet the participation requirements for the Oska Plus program.

Invitation to register

If you meet the eligibility requirements for the Oska Plus program, you will receive an invitation to register from Oska Health. Registration is straightforward via the Oska Health homepage or directly via the Oska app.

Download the Oska app

Download the Oska app to your smartphone from the Apple App Store (iOS from version 13.6) or the Google Play Store (Android). This gives you quick access to all the program's functions at any time.

Create your user account

Open the Oska app and create your personal user account. This means you always have all the important information to hand and can use the Oska Plus program conveniently.
