FPZ/DVGS osteoporosis therapy
Osteoporosis affects many people and means that bones lose stability and the risk of falls and fractures increases. This is precisely where FPZ/DVGS osteoporosis therapy comes in. It specifically strengthens the bone structure and improves stability and mobility - for a better quality of life in everyday life.
How the program works
FPZ/DVGS osteoporosis therapy combines intensive, equipment-based strength training with digital units to prevent falls. Participants train twice a week at the therapy center, supplemented by 15-minute online training sessions twice a week to do at home.

A medical certificate confirms your medical suitability. Enrolment is carried out by an FPZ contract doctor.
