From September 1, 2025: Whether you need a quick appointment for a doctor's visit or answers to medical questions, the doctor's appointment service and the medical hotline will provide you with reliable help. Competent specialists will accompany you on your way.

Medical hotline

  • Guidance in the search for service providers

The medical hotline offers expert advice - but does not replace a medical consultation.

One call - two services

Both services are available via our partner Thieme Telecare on the central telephone number 07541 4809010 - Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except on public holidays in Baden-Württemberg). Please have your health card ready.

Good to know

If you participate in the family doctor-centered care (HZV), you need a corresponding referral from your family doctor to use our doctor's appointment service.
