Both services are available via our partner Thieme TeleCare on the central telephone number 07541 4809010 - Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except on public holidays in Baden-Württemberg). Please have your health card ready.

Good to know

If you participate in the family doctor-centered care (HZV), you need a corresponding referral from your family doctor to use our doctor's appointment service.

The service offer is intended to provide you with the best possible support for every request. In special individual cases, however, it cannot be ruled out that no appointment can be arranged.
