Terms and conditions for participation in the "VIP tickets for Ravensburg Towerstars" competition
By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation
The organizer of the competition is ZF BKK K.d.ö.R. (hereinafter referred to as ZF BKK).
Any natural person aged 18 or over who is permanently resident in Germany is eligible to participate. Each person may only enter the competition once. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of multiple entries or false personal details.
The winners will be determined from all valid entries with the correct answer. The closing date for entries is February 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Winners will be notified in writing or by telephone within 30 days. The prize will then be handed over in person or sent by mail.
Cash payment of the prize is excluded. The prize claim is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without giving reasons if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of ZF BKK, or if this is the only way to ensure the proper execution of the prize draw.
Gaming communities are excluded from participation. Participation via contest services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties, or manipulation is not permitted.
Winners agree that their name and photo may be published on ZF BKK's channels and media (online and print) in the event of a win.
In the event of disqualification due to a violation of applicable law and/or these conditions of participation, as well as in the event of modification, suspension, or termination of the prize draw by ZF BKK, participants shall have no claims for compensation against ZF BKK. Legal recourse is excluded.
2. Prize
The prizes are:
Grand prize: 1x 2 VIP tickets for a Ravensburger Towerstars home game – sponsored by EVR Towerstars GmbH
2nd prize: 1 Ravensburger Towerstars jersey of your choice, including the team's signatures
3rd prize: 1 Ravensburger Towerstars jersey of your choice, including the team's signatures
4th – 10th prize: A mystery box from ZF BKK
Cash payment of the prize or any substitute prize is not possible. The prize claim is non-transferable. The prizes are sponsored by the Ravensburg Towerstars (EVR Towerstars GmbH).
3. Data protection notice
To participate in this competition, we require some personal information in the fields marked with "*". To make it easier to contact you, you can also voluntarily provide additional contact details. We process your data for the purpose of participating in the competition. Processors of your data may be service providers commissioned by us (e.g., IT service providers). The legal basis for data processing for participation in the competition is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Participation in our competition is voluntary. You can revoke your consent to use your data at any time with future effect without any adverse consequences.
Please note that if you participate in our competition, we must ask for your consent to data processing for advertising purposes in order to be able to offer the competition economically. Without this consent, participation in the competition is not possible. Your data will not be transferred to Ravensburg Towerstars or other third parties or sold commercially. Detailed information on the scope of the processing of your data can be found in the privacy policy.
4. Liability
ZF BKK is not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online systems used, nor for technical and electronic errors in a telemedia service over which it has no influence.
5. Other
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these conditions of participation and the data protection notice.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
ZF BKK is entitled to adapt the content and information contained herein, as well as these conditions of participation, to changes in the legal framework.
