Rules for the ZF BKK Contest for the Havelman 2026
By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Organizer
The organizer of the contest is ZF BKK KdöR, Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 10, 88046 Friedrichshafen (“Organizer”).
2. Entry Period
The contest begins on June 6, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on June 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Germany.
Excluded from participation are employees of ZF BKK, employees of the companies involved in the organization of the contest, and their relatives, insofar as their participation could result in a conflict of interest.
Also ineligible to participate are individuals who use unauthorized aids, utilize automated entry methods, participate via sweepstakes services, or manipulate or attempt to manipulate the sweepstakes.
4. Participation in the Contest
Participation is free of charge.
Participation is exclusively via the corresponding entry form.
To participate, the participant must complete and submit the entry form within the entry period.
By participating, participants accept these terms and conditions.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information will result in disqualification from the contest.
5. Prizes
The prizes are:
Grand prize: 3 nights in a camper. The sponsor of the prize is Dehn GmbH.
2nd prize: A free oil change. The prize is sponsored by Dehn GmbH.
3rd prize: A bike fitting for one person in the Basic package. The prize is sponsored by Cube Store Brandenburg a.d.H. - Radsport Bert
4th prize: A free tire change for a car. The prize is sponsored by Dehn GmbH
5th prize: ZF BKK Mystery Box
Cash payment, payment of any difference, or transfer of the prize to a third party is excluded.
The organizer does not cover any travel, accommodation, meal, or other incidental expenses.
The prizes are not financed by ZF BKK membership fees but are sponsored by Dehn GmbH (Münstersche Str. 8, 14772 Brandenburg an der Havel) and by the Cube Store Brandenburg a.d.H. - Radsport Bert (Geschwister-Scholl-Str. 2, 14776 Brandenburg an der Havel).
6. Determination and Notification of the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from among all valid entries after the entry period has ended. The drawing will take place behind closed doors.
The winner will be notified in writing or by phone within 30 days and must respond within 72 hours of the prize notification being sent.
If no response is received within this period or if the entry requirements are not met, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, the organizer is entitled to draw a replacement winner.
The prize will then be handed over in person or sent by mail.
7. Publication of the Winner
The winner agrees that, in the event of a win, their name and photo will be published on ZF BKK’s channels and media (online and print).
8. Modification or Termination of the Contest
The organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the contest early if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for legal, technical, or factual reasons, particularly in cases of manipulation, technical malfunctions, system failures, viruses, or force majeure.
Participants have no claims arising from modification, suspension, termination, or exclusion, unless the organizer acts with intent or gross negligence.
9. Liability
ZF BKK is not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online systems used, nor for technical or electronic errors in a telemedia service over which it has no control.
10. Data Protection
To participate in this contest, we require certain personal information in the fields marked with “*”. To facilitate contact, additional contact details may also be provided voluntarily. We process your data for the purpose of participating in the contest. Processors of your data may be service providers commissioned by us (e.g., IT service providers). The legal basis for data processing for contest participation is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation in our contest is voluntary. You may revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time with future effect without any adverse consequences.
Please note that if you participate in our contest, we must ask for your consent to data processing for advertising purposes in order to be able to offer the contest in a financially viable manner. Without granting this consent, participation in the contest is not possible. Your data will not be transferred to Dehn GmbH and Cube Store Brandenburg a.d.H. - Radsport Bert or other third parties, nor will it be sold commercially. 11. Miscellaneous
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
ZF BKK is entitled to adapt the content and information contained herein, as well as these terms and conditions of participation, to changes in the legal framework.
