Rules for the “Domlauf 2026” Contest

By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation

The organizer of the contest is ZF BKK K.d.ö.R. (hereinafter “ZF BKK”).

Any natural person who is at least 18 years of age and has a permanent residence in Germany is eligible to participate. Each person may enter the contest only once. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the contest in the event of multiple entries or if false personal information is provided.

Winners will be selected from among all valid entries with a correct answer. The entry deadline is April 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Winners will be notified in writing or by phone within 30 days. The prize will then be handed over in person or sent by mail.

Cash payment of the prize is excluded. The right to the prize is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without providing a reason, should this be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond ZF BKK’s control, or if this is the only way to ensure the proper conduct of the drawing.

Lottery syndicates are excluded from participation. Participation via lottery services, automated mass entry procedures by third parties, or manipulation is not permitted.

Winners agree that, in the event of a win, their name and photo will be published on ZF BKK’s channels and media (online and print).

In the event of disqualification due to a violation of applicable law and/or these terms and conditions, as well as in the event of a modification, suspension, or termination of the drawing by ZF BKK, the participant shall have no claims for compensation against ZF BKK. Legal recourse is excluded.

2. Prizes

The prizes are:

Grand Prize: A weekend (2 days) to drive the new MG MG4. Mileage limit is set by Auto Pichert GmbH.
2nd Prize: 2x treadmill analysis sessions at Sport Pauli.
3rd–5th prizes: 1 of 3 ZF BKK mystery boxes

Cash payment of the prize or any substitute prize is not possible. The right to the prize is non-transferable.

The grand prize: “A weekend (2 days) driving the new MG MG4” is sponsored by Auto Pichert GmbH.
The second prize: “2 treadmill analyses at Sport Pauli” is sponsored by Absolut RUN Sport Pauli.

3. Privacy Notice

To participate in this contest, we require certain personal information in the fields marked with “*.” To facilitate contact, you may also voluntarily provide additional contact details. We process your data for the purpose of participating in the contest. Processors of your data may be service providers commissioned by us (e.g., IT service providers). The legal basis for data processing for contest participation is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation in our contest is voluntary. You may revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time with future effect without any adverse consequences.

Please note that if you participate in our contest, we must ask for your consent to process your data for advertising purposes in order to be able to offer the contest in a financially viable manner. Participation in the contest is not possible without granting this consent. Your data will not be transferred to Auto Pichert GmbH, Absolut RUN Sport Pauli, or other third parties, nor will it be sold commercially. Detailed information regarding the scope of your data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

4. Liability

ZF BKK is not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online systems used, nor for technical or electronic errors in a telemedia service over which it has no control.

5. Miscellaneous

By participating in the raffle, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.

Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.

ZF BKK is entitled to adapt the content and information contained herein, as well as these terms and conditions, to changes in the legal framework.
