Good reasons to donate blood

• High daily demand: In Germany, around 14,000 blood donations are needed every day for emergencies, operations, immune disorders and therapies.
• No artificial substitute: Unfortunately, blood cannot be produced artificially - a blood transfusion is the only chance of survival for many people.
• Triple effect: Each blood donation is divided into up to 3 preparations and thus helps up to 3 people.
