Fighting corruption
Trust and integrity are the basis of our work. In the interests of our policyholders and on the basis of our legal mandate (Section 197a SGB V), we have set up an independent body to combat misconduct in the healthcare sector.
Tasks of the anti-corruption unit
The aim of our anti-corruption unit is to uncover possible irregularities and gray areas in the healthcare system and to eliminate structural weaknesses. The task of this unit is to check whether existing structures are being abused for personal gain and to counteract manipulation at an early stage. It is expressly not a matter of placing professional groups under blanket suspicion. We only investigate specific indications and suspicions.
Provide information securely and anonymously
Our whistleblower system is available for you to provide relevant information. This system enables completely anonymous and protected communication - in accordance with the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive. Even a court order cannot remove the anonymity of the whistleblower, as the operating company Vispato GmbH has no access to the communication data.
Please only use our secure portal for your reports: bkk-zf-partner.vispato.com
Please use a private end device to which third parties (e.g. employers) do not have access.
Every report will be carefully checked and treated confidentially. You will always receive prompt feedback.
If necessary, we will involve our supervisory authorities:
- Federal Social Security Office
- The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Commissioner for Combating Malpractice in the Healthcare System pursuant to 197a SGB V and § 47a SGB XI
