Trust and integrity are the basis of our work. In the interests of our insured persons and on the basis of our statutory mandate (Section 197a of the German Social Code, Book V), we have set up an independent body to combat misconduct in the healthcare system.

Tasks of the anti-corruption unit

The aim of our anti-corruption unit is to uncover potential abuses and gray areas in the healthcare system and to eliminate structural weaknesses. The unit's task is to investigate whether existing structures are being misused for personal gain and to counteract manipulation at an early stage. It is expressly not a matter of casting blanket suspicion on professional groups. We only investigate specific tips and suspicions.

Reporting information

Please provide any relevant information to our Anti-Corruption Unit. Every tip-off will be carefully examined and treated confidentially. You will receive prompt feedback in every case.

If necessary, we will involve our supervisory authorities:
