Women's Health Lecture Series:
Knowledge That Moves You Forward: Our Online Lectures Through the End of the Year
Health affects us all, and sometimes just one hour is enough to understand your own body a little better. That’s why ZF BKK is offering exciting live online lectures every month through the end of the year on current health topics.
We kick things off on September 29 with the topic of nicotine. What actually happens when nicotine enters our bodies? The lecture takes you on a journey through the human body with a single molecule and clearly explains the effects nicotine has along the way.
In October, the focus will be on female hormones. Menopause brings many changes. But what actually happens in the body during this time, and how can you actively shape this phase of life? The talk will provide knowledge and practical tips to help you take back control.
In November, the focus shifts to nutrition. What role does it play during menopause, and how can a balanced diet help you feel comfortable and energetic even during this phase?
As the year comes to a close, December brings a focus on exercise. The central question is: What role does exercise play for the female body during menopause, and how can regular physical activity support physical and mental well-being?
Four months. Four exciting health topics. A wealth of new knowledge.
And best of all: The lectures aren’t just for people who are personally dealing with the respective topic right now.
Whether you’re a smoker or a nonsmoker, a woman or a man: Anyone curious about health is welcome to join and learn more.
Participation is conveniently available online. For more information on the individual presentations and to register, click here: LINK
