ePA declaration on accessibility
Declaration on accessibility
This declaration on accessibility applies to the ZF BKK ePA app of ZF BKK.
As the person responsible for the content - on behalf of the Federal Office for Information Security - we endeavor to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
- When was the accessibility statement created or updated?
This accessibility statement (as of 28.05.2021) applies to the ZF BKK ePA app currently published in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is based on a self-assessment carried out in the period from 27.05.2021 to 28.05.2021? - How accessible is the app?
The app is built barrier-free. This is achieved through the following best practices: The app is generally designed in compliance with the specifications for manufacturer-specific design of the respective platform (Google Material Design Guidelines, Apple Human Interface Guidelines) and according to the principles of interaction design, mobile interaction design and ergonomics of user interfaces.
The user interfaces are implemented in the form of native code / interfaces on the platform and thus generally support platform-specific functions for accessibility (screen reader, touch feedback, etc.). When implementing the user interfaces, attention is paid to the use of alternative descriptions of icons and graphics, as well as reading direction and support for variable font sizes.
Under iOS, the app can be used with "Voiceover" - this is the platform standard for iOS. Of the other technologies, you can use those that work without special adaptation of the app (e.g. screen magnifier, reduced animations).
Under Android, the app can be used with "Talkback" - this is the platform standard for Android. Of the other technologies, you can use those that work without special adaptation of the app. - Which areas may not be accessible?
