ZF BKK offers you the opportunity to take advantage of certain advisory services via a video platform. The purpose of the video consultation is to provide you with flexible and efficient advice from any location. Forms can also be completed or applications submitted in this way.

The following data is processed as part of the video consultation:

• First name and surname
• Insurance number / policyholder number
• Contact details (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number)
• If these are discussed / required during the consultation
  o Health data o Insured person data o Employee data
  o Health and / or long-term care insurance benefit data
  o Service provider data
• Video and audio communication data during the meeting Please note that no recordings of video or audio content will be made.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and serves the purpose of proper processing § 284 SGB V, § 67 ff. SGB X.

The video consultation takes place via a data protection-compliant platform that fulfills the following measures:

• Encrypted data transmission (end-to-end encryption)
• GDPR-compliant processing by the provider
• Server locations within Germany

As a result, BKK ZF & Partner's video consultation meets the highest security standards to ensure the protection of your data. Please note that the security of your end device (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet or connections) is your personal responsibility.

Your data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties. Data will only be transferred if this is required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the performance and follow-up of the video consultation. The statutory retention periods apply. Your rights Pursuant to Article 12 et seq. GDPR, you have the following rights in particular:
