With video advice, you benefit from innovative functions that make your advice even more efficient:
- Screen sharing & joint navigation
Your customer advisor will show you information visually if required, but you can also share documents that are available to you digitally. You can process or complete forms or applications directly with your customer advisor. You can also sign them directly and they are then immediately available to us for further processing - simply, quickly and digitally. Please note that our customer advisors have the same view as you in your browser window. When you make entries, these are also immediately visible to your client advisor. In addition, both you and the customer advisor can use an additional pointer to mark areas. So that we can support you in the event of any technical problems, our customer advisors have an overview of the type of device and operating system you are using and can see whether or not you have opened the website in the foreground of your device. - Uploading documents
Send your customer advisor any missing or additional documents directly online. - Downloading documents
Save signed documents, information material or brochures directly to your device. - Text chat

The video consultation meets the highest security standards to ensure that your data is protected at all times. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form so that it is secure and protected. Please note that the security of your end device (e.g. computer, smartphone or tablet) is your personal responsibility.
Of course, you can end the video consultation at any time if you wish.

The protection of your personal data is our top priority. Therefore, we can only offer you individual advice that includes your personal data after successful authentication. As long as this identity check has not been completed, we will be available to provide you with general information and advice. Therefore, please have a valid identity document and, if you are insured with ZF BKK, your health card ready.

Legal information
ZF BKK reserves the right to change the terms of use for the video consultation at any time. The currently valid terms of use can be viewed at any time on the Internet under Online advice. You will also be informed of the terms of use at the beginning of each video consultation and must agree to them. The terms of use are subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction is Tettnang. Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. By agreeing to the terms of use at the start of a video consultation, you confirm or agree to the following:
- You are responsible for your own personal conversation environment.
- You ensure that unauthorized third parties do not listen to or watch you.
- You ensure that your W-LAN is appropriately protected (strong password)
- You confirm that you will not make any screen copies or other recordings of the image and sound information transmitted during the online or video consultation.
- You confirm that you will not disseminate, publicly reproduce or otherwise exploit any image and sound information to third parties.
- You confirm that you have read the data protection information and accept it.
Any breach of the terms of use may have legal consequences.
