One cash register - one login!

BKK ZF & Partner is becoming ZF BKK, with a new name, new logo and updated access to your online services.

We are changing our login procedure so that you can continue to access your health data securely and conveniently. Depending on whether you already use our service app and/or the ePA app (electronic patient file), there are three simple ways
to log in in the future.

Find the scenario that applies to you here - and follow the appropriate steps:

I already use the Service app and the ePA app.

What does this mean for you?

As you are already using your electronic patient record (ePA) app, you can now also use your usual ePA access data for the service app and the online office. All you have to do is update the service app in the store.

It's that simple:

  1. Update the service app in your app store
  2. Open the service app
  3. Log in with your ePA access data
  4. Confirm access to another activated app with "Yes"
  5. Start activation
  6. Open the ePA app and "Share now"
  7. Activate your mailbox
  8. You're done! Your online services are available as usual

Your advantages:

  • No need to remember a new password
  • Everything in one place: mailbox, applications, documents, invoices

I already use the service app, but not yet the ePA app.

What does this mean for you?

In this case, you will need a new login. Your previous access data for the service app is no longer valid.

Note: A new registration is necessary.

You can re-register and continue to use the app in just a few steps:

It's that simple:

  1. Update the service app in your app store
  2. Open the service app.
  3. Select "Register".
  4. Enter your e-mail address and set a password.
  5. Then enter the activation code that you received by post. (Don't have an activation code? No problem - you can request it directly in the app).
  6. Once you have successfully entered the code, your access is activated
  7. Activate your mailbox
  8. That's it! Your online services are available as usual

I use the ePA app, but not yet the service app.

What does this mean for you?

As you are already using your electronic patient record (ePA) app, you can also use our other online services without having to register. To do this, all you need to do is download the new service app from the store.

It's that simple:

  1. Download the service app from the App Store
  2. Open the service app
  3. Log in with your ePA access data
  4. Confirm access to another activated app with "Yes"
  5. Start activation
  6. Open the ePA app and "Share now"
  7. Activate your mailbox
  8. You're done! Your online services are available as usual

Your advantages:

  • No need to remember a new password
  • Everything in one place: mailbox, applications, documents, invoices

Forgotten password

Step 1: Start password reset

Have you forgotten your password? No problem. Please fill in the following fields so that we can check your identity.

Form fields:

Insured person number:Enter your personal insured person number here.

Card identification number (last 6 digits)
Note: You will find this number on the back of your health card in field 8 at the bottom left.

Zip code: Enter your zip code.

Step 2: Check e-mail

We have sent you an e-mail with a confirmation code. Please check your mailbox.

Step 3: Enter confirmation code

Enter the confirmation code from the e-mail and click the "Check confirmation code" button.

Step 4: Set new password

You can now choose a new password.

Please note:
Your password must contain at least 8 characters as well as a number and a capital letter.

Step 5: Success message

Your password has been successfully changed. You can now log in with your new password.

Step 6: Set app code

Now set an app code. This protects access to your app.

Step 7: Confirm your identity with your health card

For security reasons, please confirm your identity with your health card.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Tap on "Health card".
  2. Tap on "Continue".
  3. Tap on "Continue with PIN".
  4. Enter your personal PIN. You have received this by post.
  5. Enter your 6-digit access number.
    Note: You will find the access number at the top center of your health card.
  6. Tap on "Continue".
    Note: Remove the cell phone cover to make the scanning process easier.
  7. Start the scanning process. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  8. Tap on "Log in".
  9. Confirm identity (with ID card)

Alternative method of identity confirmation with your ID card

You can also identify yourself with your identity card.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Tap on "ID card and PIN".
  2. Tap on "Continue".
  3. Tap on "Next" again.
  4. Download the Nect Wallet app.
  5. Tap on "Let's get started".
  6. Follow the instructions in the Nect Wallet.
  7. Enter your PIN for the ID card.
  8. Tap on "Start process with eID".
  9. After completion, return to the app.
  10. Tap on "Done".

Your details are used exclusively for secure identity verification.

Please make sure you enter all data correctly.
