A midwife will be at your side with help and advice during this time, providing reassurance and accompanying you personally through all the important stages - from prenatal care to postnatal care and even afterwards.

24-hour midwife on-call service

Especially in the last weeks of pregnancy, it is reassuring to know that your midwife is available at all times. The on-call service ensures that your trusted contact person is immediately available at the start of the birth.

The midwife on-call service is generally a service that you have to pay for yourself. We contribute to the costs up to €300 as part of our TOP service package for pregnancy.

Online offers

If you can't find a midwife locally or would like more flexibility, our online services are a good solution. With vimum and keleya, you can prepare for the birth from the comfort of your own home - flexibly, professionally and at your own pace.

Good to know

From the 30th week of pregnancy, your midwife is on call around the clock to be able to support you as soon as the birth begins.

For reimbursement, simply submit the original invoice to us directly via the ZF BKK Service app or the online office. Alternatively, you can send it to us by post with your bank details. We will contribute up to €300 towards the cost of this service.
