Connect & Grow
An initiative of ZF BKK

One year—many opportunities for connection and wellness
Over a period of twelve months, ZF BKK is developing a diverse series of events at and around the Competence Park Friedrichshafen. The goal is to meaningfully complement everyday work life with practical offerings while also creating new opportunities for interaction and connection.
The focus is on the idea of strengthening connections between companies and employees and bringing health topics to life. Whether it’s exercise, nutrition, or prevention—the events are designed to provide practical inspiration for daily life and appeal to diverse target groups.
At the same time, ZF BKK aims to increase the visibility of its offerings and further expand direct contact with local residents. The event series serves as a platform that informs, connects, and invites active participation—both within the Competence Park and beyond.
How the Connect & Grow event series works
The event series consists of various components that are implemented flexibly throughout the year. These include both ZF BKK’s own formats and events developed in collaboration with companies or external partners.
The events take place both at Competence Park Friedrichshafen and beyond. This allows us to reach different target groups and facilitate new connections.
Facilities available on-site include:
- the ZF BKK multipurpose hall for larger events
- the ZF BKK teaching kitchen for cooking events and hands-on nutrition activities
The content ranges from short introductory sessions to interactive, hands-on formats. Depending on the topic and target group, events may be one-time occurrences or planned as recurring offerings.
New ideas and topic suggestions are continuously accepted and reviewed. In this way, the event series evolves step by step—guided by the interests and needs of the participants.
