Objection by electronic means

According to § 36a SGB I, an electronic objection to the ZF BKK and the ZF BKK long-term care insurance fund is generally possible if a secure transmission channel is used, e.g. via:

  • Qualified electronic signature (qeS)
  • Special mailbox for public authorities (beBPO)
  • Lawyers' mailbox (beA)
  • Citizens' and organizational mailbox (eBO)
  • Online office or ZF BKK Service App
