Every month, a new and varied program focusing on exercise, relaxation, and well-being awaits you—live via Zoom and free of charge. You can sign up for our offerings or cancel appointments directly online. Select the online offering you want, book it, and you’re all set.

On-Demand Courses

Are you familiar with our selection of certified online prevention courses? All programs can be accessed flexibly online and easily integrated into your daily routine—via smartphone or computer, right from home. ZF BKK subsidizes up to two health courses per year—in-person or online—or a wellness trip with up to €200 annually.
