Precaution from the start

U1 to J1 - statutory provision

From the first check-up directly after birth (U1) to the adolescent check-up (J1) at the age of 12 to 14: A total of eleven legally recommended check-ups accompany the healthy development of your child.

Extended prevention: U10, U11 and J2

As part of our TOP benefits, we cover the costs of the U10 (between 7 and 8 years), U11 (between 9 and 10 years) and J2 (between 16 and 17 years) examinations - up to €60 each.

With the free preventive care program "STARKE KIDS by BKK", we support families far beyond the benefits of statutory standard care. Depending on where you live, additional examinations and services are available for children and young people up to the age of 17. These include, among other things

You will automatically receive a reminder - without any additional application.

All statutory examinations are free of charge for you. For U10, U11 and J2, we pay up to €60 per examination.
