Puberty is an exciting time full of changes and new experiences. Many questions about physical development, feelings and health arise during this phase of life. This is exactly why we offer the exclusive girls' consultation "M1" - a confidential and personal consultation with a gynecologist.
Procedure for the girls' consultation M1
The girls' consultation offers a safe space to discuss individual topics relating to physical development and health in confidence. The content of the consultation is based entirely on your own questions and needs, such as your menstrual cycle, mood swings or sexuality and contraception.
A questionnaire specially developed for M1 forms the basis of the consultation. A physical examination to assess development is only carried out with prior consent.
Participation requirements
- You are insured with us and have declared that you wish to make use of M1. Your parents also declare their consent with their signature. Simply take the declaration of participation with you to the doctor you trust.
- You are between 12 and 17 years old.
- Your gynaecologist takes part in our "Girls' consultation M1" program, which was specially developed for girls and young women.
Good to know
No, as the M1 is an exclusive additional benefit. Participating practices can be found via the doctor search on the BKK Family Plus website.
