Whether suddenly ill, in rehab or after childbirth - if everyday life cannot continue as usual, we step in. With a home help, we ensure that everything continues to run smoothly at home - especially if children are involved.

When we help
You are entitled to household help if
- you look after one or more children under the age of 12 and are temporarily unable to do so, or
- you are unable to continue running the household due to illness, surgery or pregnancy
Specifically, we support you with
- inpatient hospital stays
- medical rehabilitation or preventive care
- serious illness
- an acute worsening of an illness, especially after a stay in hospital, an outpatient operation or after outpatient hospital treatment
- pregnancy complaints and childbirth (even without a child in the household)
Note: The entitlement only exists if no one in the household can take over the tasks.
Good to know
Yes, the law provides for a statutory co-payment for the use of domestic help. This amounts to:
10% of the costs, minimum €5, maximum €10 per calendar day.
