Herodikos App
We offer a completely new care package: OrthoHeroBKK. It combines the Herodikos movement training app with intensive care from an orthopaedic specialist for certain back and knee conditions.

After an app-supported initial check, your orthopaedist will create an individual training plan. You can then download the Herodikos app and activate it with a code from your doctor. Then your individual training can begin - whenever and wherever you want.
Intermediate medical check-ups are scheduled during the 90-day usage phase. If necessary, the period can be extended by a further 90 days. With OrthoHeroBKK, you will receive optimal care from your attending physician.
