What courses are available?
- Back Strengthening – This course is suitable for anyone who wants to feel better in their body, prevent back pain and improve their posture, who want to specifically incorporate strengthening and mobility exercises into their daily routine, who want to train from home in a simple way without needing a lot of equipment, and who want to work on their back health flexibly, anytime and anywhere.
- Fascia Training for Greater Mobility –This course is suitable for anyone who wants to feel more flexible, learn about fascia training from A to Z, learn more about full-body training as an effective form of exercise, already have fascia tools at home and want to learn how to use them, and who want to train and learn flexibly, anytime and anywhere.

Fitnessraum is a versatile online platform dedicated to fitness, exercise, and health. Users have access at any time to a wide selection of professionally guided workout and health content—flexible, accessible from anywhere, and suitable for every fitness level.
The offerings range from strength, endurance, and mobility workouts to yoga and Pilates, as well as relaxation and recovery sessions.

Through interactive learning modules, participants learn why exercise is so important for our bodies. The training is always customized to each individual.

AIMO
Your Chance to Get More Exercise — Everyone knows by now that the human body is designed for movement, yet physical activity has declined dramatically in today’s world. Short, effective 2-minute routines are ideal for people who have struggled with exercise in the past, helping them ease into a healthy routine. There are now numerous digital tools available to support this, including AIMO.
An AI-powered coach provides personalized support by scanning the user’s musculoskeletal system to adapt to any compensatory movements and offer appropriate workout recommendations. The app offers flexibility in terms of where and when you exercise. Through expert tips and personalized plans, you can set goals and develop your own sustainable exercise routine using the built-in progress tracking. To qualify for our cost-sharing, you must reach 360 minutes of training, but you can continue to use the app for free for up to one year.
