Home nursing care

After a stay in hospital or in the event of an acute illness, support may be needed in everyday life - be it with washing, dressing, administering medication or shopping. We make sure that you get the support you need.

Your advantages

  • Assumption of the costs for home nursing care by suitable nursing staff (e.g. social care centers)

How to obtain the benefit

Your doctor determines that home nursing care is necessary.

The necessity is documented on a prescription.

There must be no other person living in your household who can provide care.

Submit the prescription to us - we will take care of the rest.

Good to know

  • 10 % of the costs per calendar day

  • An additional €10 per prescription

for a maximum of 28 calendar days per calendar year. You can find more information on co-payments here.

This includes services such as basic care, treatment care (e.g. changing dressings, administering medication) or household support if no one else in the household can help.
