How to receive the bonus
Simply show us proof of these preventive measures by presenting your maternity pass:
- Medical examinations (including tests) and consultations to determine the pregnancy
- Regular gynecological check-ups or check-ups by a licensed midwife
- Three ultrasound screenings
- Advice on HIV testing, nutrition and dental health
- Glucose load test as part of a screening
Good to know
Take a photo of the above documents from your maternity record and upload them directly via the ZF BKK service app or the online office. Alternatively, send us a copy of your maternity pass by post with your bank details.
