Have measures confirmed:
Either have them stamped directly or enclose proof (e.g. vaccination book, course confirmation).

Submit proof:
Upload to the online office, ZF BKK Service App or send in by post.
Deadline: by 31.12. of the following year.

Receive your bonus:
Payment is made by bank transfer - very straightforward.
